Netflix expands its Tamil language licensed content offerings by announcing 9 Tamil  titles that will launch on the service post their theatrical run

Mumbai, 17th January 2024: On the auspicious occasion of Pongal, Netflix has unveiled a captivating array of 9 Tamil films as part of its licensed content for 2024. These films are slated for an initial theatrical release, allowing fans to relish the cinematic brilliance of their favorite actors on the big screen before the movies find their way onto Netflix for an encore viewing experience at home.

The announcement of these 9 titles on Netflix’s social media platforms has sparked a wave of enthusiasm among Tamil cinema enthusiasts, who eagerly await the cinematic and streaming delights that lay ahead. From Ajith’s VidaaMuyarchi to Sivakarthikeyan’s next and the sequel to one of the biggest films from Tamil Cinema starring Kamal Haasan in Indian 2, and many more will be on Netflix in 2024.
