Round Table India and Ladies circle India makes Coimbatore’s underprivileged children’s dreams to fly in plane come true
In a heartwarming initiative, Round Table India and Ladies circle India is making dreams take flight for 25 underprivileged children from Don Bosco Anbu Illam by giving them an unforgettable first-ever flying experience.
The Flight of Fantasy, a social cause initiative , will take these children on a one day trip from Coimbatore to Chennai and back for an educational and recreational tour.
This initiative is a collaborative effort by Madras Metro round table 95 , Madras metro ladies circle 70,Coimbatore ACME Round Table 133, Coimbatore Penta Round Table 101 and Tirupur Round Table 116 with support from GEM Hospital.
The event commenced with the children being taken on a mesmerizing journey as they boarded a flight to Chennai. Excitement and anticipation filled the air as the kids experienced the thrill of flying for the very first time.Round table India representatives accompanied the children throughout the journey, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Upon landing in Chennai, the kids were treated to an action-packed day filled with unforgettable adventures. Round Table and Ladies circle members had meticulously planned a series of events to make the day truly special for the children. The highlight of the day included visits to Birla planetarium , where the kids experienced the universe and its beginnings along with various other things related to cosmos. They were also taken to an enchanting aquarium, where they marvelled at the wonders of marine .
The event was led by the Area Chairman Tr. Raghulan Sekhar and Chairmen of participating Round Tables: Tr. Varun Anand – Chairman, Madras Metro Round Table 95, Tr. Subash – Chairman, Coimbatore ACME Round Table 133, Tr. Parthipan – Chairman, Tirupur Round Table 116, Tr. Kunal – Chairman, Coimbatore Penta Round Table 101, Tr. Mohanraj – Area Flight of Fantasy Convenor,Tr.Vijay and Tr.Arpit- RT 95 flight of fantasy conveners.

Cr.Bijal shah , Chairperson of MMLC 70, also shared her heartfelt sentiments, saying, “Flight of Fantasy event, this experience will forever hold a special place in our hearts. The indescribable happiness radiating from the children’s eyes is a priceless reward, and we are grateful to have been a part of making their dreams take flight.”
